Laugh Basement, our weekly stand-up comedy showcase hosted by Hewitt Pagenstecher and DJ Bholt, is back with headliner, Julia Corral!! Julia is a Latina comic from Portland and has been described as the friendliest-caustic person you will ever meet. The Alt Weekly papers have named her Funniest 5 comics (WW) and Undisputed Genius of Comedy (Portland Mercury). She has performed at High Plains, Limestone, All Jane, Treefort and Bumbershoot. She is a paid regular and host Helium’s Cooch Street (all women show), Kickstand’s Comedy in the Park and many more shows in town. She has been featured on NPR. Monday’s lineup also includes comedians Zak Toscani, Amanda Arnold, Aidan Burns and Juan Denmark! $10
