Laugh Basement, our weekly stand-up comedy showcase hosted by Hewitt Pagenstecher and DJ Bholt, returns with headliner, Imani Denae! Imani is a 28-year-old black comedian from Portland, known for her unique observations, witty puns and social commentary. She was named one of the funniest comedians in Portland by both Willamette Week and Portland Mercury and praised for her comedy by Katt Williams and Vulture Magazine. She has opened for Roy Woods Jr., Nicole Byer, Josh Johnson, Maria Bamford and many more. Monday’s lineup also includes comedians Carly Ballerini, Hunter Austin, & Nariko Ott (Portland’s Funniest Person winner). $10
