Kendra Binney was raised in the small mountain town of Lakeside Arizona.
Here she formed an early bond with the miniscule world of spiders, snakes
and all things hidden in the grass. This closeness with the obscure and
unnoticed are unveiled in her art, where she displays her vision of nature,
humanity, and the vulnerability of youth. Her work explores the seldom
pondered architecture of worlds draped in memories, remorse, and fragile
realities.

Elena Hawley Schreiner is a Portland, OR resident. She resurrects found
object to paint surreal portraits. Her figurative portraits reveal
endearing narratives of women in moments of isolation. Her figures seem
innocent, sultry and lonely, being placed in large open fields. While other
paintings are portraits of everyday occurrences, women bathing, painting
their toe nails, swimming in a river.
